Detailed Reporting

Professional Infrared Inspection Reports
Every Dalpe IR inspection includes a detailed thermography report documenting the electrical equipment inspected, load conditions, thermal findings, severity levels, visual images, infrared images, and recommended corrective action.
Reports help facility managers, property owners, and maintenance teams clearly understand what was inspected, what issues were found, and which repairs should be prioritized.
Each report may include:
- Equipment inspected and load conditions
- Equipment not inspected and why
- Thermal images and visual reference photos
- Severity ratings: Minor, Moderate, Serious, or Critical
- Temperature readings and current measurements
- Recommended corrective actions
- Summary of issues requiring attention
Dalpe IR reports are designed to help you move from guesswork to documented, condition-based maintenance.

Electrical Maintenance Program
The 2023 edition of NFPA 70B now mandates that all facilities develop a documented, comprehensive Electrical Maintenance Program (EMP), which includes required maintenance intervals and annual inspections-some high-risk equipment requires inspections every 6 months. While OSHA regulations traditionally focused on safety outcomes (e.g., 29 CFR 1910.303), they rely on industry standards like NFPA 70B to define what constitutes "properly maintained" equipment, often using it to issue citations and/or penalties.
- By utilizing advanced infrared technology, annual inspections can detect and track anomalies and potential issues that are not visible to the naked eye but can escalate into equipment failure or safety concerns.
- Record keeping and documentation are mandatory for compliance. Our reports meet those requirements by providing digital logs for your proof of compliance records.
- Annual preventive maintenance ensures early intervention, which can reduce the impact of expensive repairs, equipment replacement, downtime and personal safety hazards.

STAY AHEAD OF
COSTLY FAILURES
Infrared inspections help uncover electrical stress and abnormal heat patterns before they become safety hazards, shutdowns, or expensive emergency repairs.
- Reduce unplanned equipment downtime
- Improve reliability of critical systems
- Support proactive maintenance planning
- Identify hidden electrical stress points
- Help protect facilities, staff, and operations
